Background
Andrew is a management consultant with 20 years experience. He spent 10 years at Deloitte Consulting and 10 years at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. At BAE Systems, Andrew was a member of the executive team holding a number of roles. As Head of Consulting, he was responsible for 450 consultants. As Vodafone Client Partner, he worked with members of the Group Executive, building the strategic partnership. As a management consultant, Andrew has significant experience in programme management, programme turnarounds, business change and organisation design. Andrew joined Gartner as a Senior Executive Partner in 2017.
Today
Andrew works with leaders across a range of organisations including the FTSE, Big 4 and small businesses. He also works with Warwick Business School. He fulfill a number of roles:
• An advisor to senior clients who are accountable for leading transformational change, delivering a major change programme, or turning around a failing programme.
• An advisor to business owners who want to grow their businesses and increase their ROI.
• A mentor and coach to senior individuals who want/need to develop their efficacy as leaders.
• A tutor on the Warwick Business School MBA programme.
Qualifications & Accreditations
Andrew holds a BA Honours from Exeter University, an MBA from Warwick Business School, an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School, and has studied Professional Services Leadership at Harvard. From a coaching perspective, Andrew is accredited to Master Practitioner level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
